Name and Email Address for name badges

California law requires every vendor to verify their seller's status. People who sell merchandise in California generally need a seller's permit, unless they only make occasional sales, sell non-taxable products, or sell on behalf of a section 6015 retailer. You can register for a permit at www.cdtfa.ca.gov.
